Circle of Contentment

Contentment and balance go hand in hand. How balanced is your life? The eight sections of this Circle of Contentment represent major life areas. Print out this Circle of Contentment and seeing the center of the circle as 0 and the outer edges as 10, rank your satisfaction with each area of your life by putting a dot on each spoke where it best indicates your level of contentment. Then, connect the dots to create a new outer edge. The new perimeter represents your current Circle of Contentment.

Now... look at your new perimeter. If it were a wheel, how bumpy would the ride be? And how are you going to feel 6 months or a year from now, if your circle stays the same, or worse, gets bumpier?! What attitudes and actions are you willing to embrace now to increase your Circle of Contentment?
