Thank you for your interest in aloneandcontent.com, a subscription-based online program for women provided by aloneandcontent.com.  For an ongoing subscription fee, you'll gain full access to an online community where members can share stories and progress with one another, and leverage powerful tools to help you put Gwenn’s program and wisdom into action. As more fully described below, by signing up to become a member, you'll be charged the term-based subscription fee that you select in the signup/registration process - you may choose a 1-month program, a 3-month program (with an additional, one-time free month at sign up), or a 1-year program.  NOTE: We may not always offer all three of these subscription term options at signup).

Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew after the subscription term you selected when you signed up, and then on an ongoing monthly basis for membership and billing. If you cancel during your initial subscription period, you won't be refunded any of that period's subscription charges, but you'll keep your member access through the end of the term and then your membership will be cancelled and you won't be billed again. The minimum membership period can be 1 month, 3 months or 1 year, based on the program you select.

Aloneandcontent.com’s terms of membership are detailed below, so please take a minute to review the Membership Agreement before you sign up and start on the road to contentment. Aloneandcontent.com maintains this Web site as a service to you and the Internet community. Unless otherwise noted, the content, including all images and text (“Content”) is the property of aloneandcontent.com and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. As a user of this site, you agree that you’ll download and/or use Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth within these “Terms of Use” and will not use the site until and unless you have agreed to these terms and conditions. You may not use the Content in any matter inconsistent with the Member Agreement ("Agreement") or applicable law, and you may not copy, modify or alter the Content without Aloneandcontent.com’s express prior written consent. The "Last Modified" date at the bottom of these Terms of Use will indicate when the latest changes were made. By continuing to access and use the site after the Terms of Use have been modified, you are agreeing to such modifications. In addition, when using particular services or features or making purchases on the site, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, features or purchases that may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
     Many sections of aloneandcontent.com are reserved for members who have registered with us; for example, advice columns, message boards and access to special services such as email reminders, goal setting services, and other member pages.  Register members are bound by this Membership Agreement.

The membership registration form currently requires you to choose a member name and password and provide aloneandcontent.com with your first and last names, email address, mailing address, zip code, country, gender, and age and birth date. The form also includes optional information that you may choose to provide to us.
The personally identifiable information you provide during membership registration will not be given to unaffiliated third parties without your consent.

Payment and Billing Terms and Conditions
     MEMBERSHIP TERM AND RENEWAL: The initial membership term is selected by the Member upon registration, committing that Member to a subscription of the time frame of her/his selection. Upon expiration of the initial membership term, unless you agree to a longer membership term, every membership automatically renews every 30 days, depending on the term selected and reflecting the ‘price point” associated with one of three subscription programs. You are financially responsible for all associated subscription fees until Aloneandcontent.com receives notice of cancellation.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY  To ensure the security of your data- including address information and credit card numbers- Aloneandcontent.com always uses industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data shared on our site. We have strict security measures in place that protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel anytime, in which case you won't be refunded the term's subscription charge, but you'll have member access through the end of the term you selected, and won't be billed again.  To cancel, simply write to us at cancel@aloneandcontent.com and we’ll honor your wishes.  We’ll just need your user name and password. 

Please note that cancellations will not be processed on the following holidays: News Year's Day (January 1); Memorial Day (last Monday in May); Independence Day (July 4); Labor Day (first Monday in September); Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November); the day after Thanksgiving; Christmas Eve (December 24); and Christmas Day (December 25).

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: After the initial membership term ends, membership will automatically renew every 30 days, depending on the term selected and reflecting the ‘price point” associated with one of three subscription programs.  Membership will renew on the day after the initial membership term ends, and renew on the same date of each month(s) thereafter. You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to us at cancel@aloneandcontent.com (see above). There is no minimum number of months that you must purchase. Your credit card will be automatically charged on a monthly basis depending on your subscription plan for as long as you remain a Member. You agree that Aloneandcontent.com is not obligated to send you any renewal or advance billing notices indicating that your credit card will be or has been charged.

PAYMENT AND BILLING POLICIES  We only accept credit card payments and do not accept debit card payments at the moment.  You are responsible for notifying us by e-mail at payment@aloneandcontent.com, if you realize that you’ve provided us with a debit, rather than credit card number.

Certain products or services may be offered for purchase on the site. In the event you wish to purchase or to subscribe for any of these products or services, you will be asked by Aloneandcontent.com to supply certain information, (i.e., your full name, address, telephone number and credit card information. You agree to provide Aloneandcontent.com with the information as well as any other mandatory information that is accurate, complete and current, and to comply with the terms and conditions of any agreement that you may enter into governing your purchases. You shall be responsible for all charges incurred through your account as well as for paying any applicable taxes.

If you open a subscription account on any of the Site, you hereby agree to pay all charges to your account, including any applicable taxes, in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable. Aloneandcontent.com reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges, and to institute new fees, charges or terms effective upon notice to Members. Your right to use the site or to purchase a specific product is conditional upon our receipt of payment. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is refunded for any reason, including chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately and without notice, either suspend or terminate your access and account, thereby terminating all of Aloneandcontent.com's obligations under this Agreement. You are required to pay any amounts still owed to us at the time your account is suspended or terminated.

Message Boards, Email Guidelines, Site Monitoring and Third Party Content
     MESSAGE BOARDS: Message Boards on the site will contain information that can be posted and viewed by anyone on the site and the Web. Aloneandcontent.com does not endorse any information posted on the Message Boards. Please consult a personal advisor or other appropriate advisor before putting into practice things you read on the Message Boards or using any information from the Message Boards. Aloneandcontent.com is not responsible for the information posted on the Message Boards or for editing any factual inaccuracies or for making any type of corrections to information presented on the Message Boards. Any action taken by a viewer of the Message Boards based on information presented on the Message Boards is at your own risk.

MESSAGE SUBMISSION RULES  Responsibility for what is posted in the Aloneandcontent community and other public forums lies with each user or member.  You are solely responsible for the content of your messages, and the consequences of your messages. While we provide some message board monitoring, we cannot and do not review every message a user or member may post. We neither endorse nor guarantee the accuracy or propriety of any submitted message. On the other hand, we reserve the right but do not assume the obligation to restrict or prohibit your use of our site if we believe you are violating any of the terms of this agreement and to delete, edit, or relocate any message postings as we determine appropriate for legal or other reasons.

Participation in our Message Boards means that you agree to follow our Community Forum Guidelines:

-Respect other’s opinions. One size does not fit all. There are many ways to overcome an obstacle, to solve a problem, or to recover from hurt.  What works for you may not work for others. Treat others as you would like to be treated – with respect and courtesy.  Please adopt an open mind and avoid dismissing or belittling another’s opinion.
-Avoid profanity and the transmission of any content that is against the law, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, libelous, vulgar, mean-spirited, or racially or ethically objectionable.
-Do not post anything inappropriate, including pictures, which could be interpreted as disturbing, threatening, stalking or harassing.
-Do not promote products or solicit advertising on behalf of a third party, including the sale any products or services; conducting contests or raffles, or displaying any banners of any kind, including those generated by exchange services. You may share you experiences with products, services and sites you feel are worthwhile.  In fact, we welcome it!

A violation of the Membership Agreement to use the site and our public forums to:

1. fudge identifiers to disguise the origin of any content transmitted or to create restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to from another accessible page);
2. contribute any content that violates patent, trademark, copyright, patent or the proprietary rights of another;
3. contribute any material that contains software viruses or any other computer programs intended to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications tools;
4. contribute anything that resembles "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
5. contribute any content that you do not have a right to transmit under the law or under contractual or fiduciary agreements or relationships;
6. on purpose or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international laws;
7. impersonate anyone or to misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with a person or entity;
8. gather or store personal data about other users or members;
9. contribute any information that serves to promote or instruct illegal activities, physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any acts of cruelty to people or animals.

Aloneandcontent.com has the right to remove a post if it does not meet these standards, but not the obligation to do so. You have the right to edit any of your posts. If you have started a thread (such as a journal) that you want to close, please post a message indicating "THREAD CLOSED". We do not typically delete threads on request. Understand that posts made by members do not necessarily reflect the views of Aloneandcontent.com and should not be taken as advice. Posts submitted to the Site Message Boards are not considered confidential. These posts may be used by Aloneandcontent.com for any purpose without requiring permission from the originator.

CAVEAT  All information, data, messages, music, sound, photographs, graphics, software, video, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Aloneandcontent.com, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post or otherwise transmit. Aloneandcontent.com does not control the Content posted and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Aloneandcontent.com site, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.

EMAIL RULES: Some of our members will make their email addresses available if they wish to communicate with others users with similar interests, goals, or struggles. If you use this information, you agree not to transmit "junk mail" or other unwanted solicitations, or any material that is harassing, threatening, racially offensive, obscene, abusive, harmful, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy, infringing of another's intellectual property rights, or illegal. Members found using email information in this manner may, at the sole discretion of Aloneandcontent.com, have their Membership cancelled without notice or refund. Aloneandcontent.com is not responsible for the content of email messages sent by its members or from a third party.

PUBLIC FORUM MONITORING:  Aloneandcontent.com has no obligation to monitor any of the content or postings on the Message Boards or other public forums on the site.  You do, however, accept and agree that we have the absolute right to monitor the public forums at our sole discretion. In addition, we reserve the right to alter, edit, refuse to post or remove any postings or content, in whole or in part, for any reason and to disclose such materials and the circumstances surrounding their transmission to any third party in order to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request and to protect ourselves, our Members, sponsors, users and visitors. In addition, materials posted and/or uploaded to the various public forums may be subject to size and usage limitations. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT: Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties on the site or on sites that are linked to the site, including information providers, are those of the respective third parties, and not of Aloneandcontent.com.  Aloneandcontent.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any third party content. General Terms and Conditions
     MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS: You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for this program.

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION:  At certain points in using the site, you will be asked to provide information to us. Aloneandcontent.com collects two types of information from you, personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable. The personally identifiable information that we collect may include but is not limited to, your first and last names, your street address (including the city, state and zip code), your telephone number, your email address and your credit card number. Non-personally identifiable information we collect includes, but is not limited to, your marital status, income level, and topic preferences, except as such information is associated with personally identifiable information. You agree that you have read and understand this privacy policy and that you shall be bound by its terms and conditions as part of this Membership Agreement. You agree and affirmatively consent to receive as a part of the services provided on aloneandcontent.com, periodic email communications from
Aloneandcontent.com concerning the site and the services you receive on and through the site.

SUBMISSION MATERIAL AND POLICY: By contributing to us suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts, information, or other materials (" Submission Materials") or by posting such Submission Materials on the site, you grant to us and our designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers), assignable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute (through multiple tiers), create derivative works of, publicly perform, publicly display, digitally perform, make, have made, sell, offer for sale and import such Submission Materials in any media now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you, the provider of the Submission Materials. The foregoing license to Aloneandcontent.com shall be considered fully paid-up and royalty free. In addition, under no circumstances shall Aloneandcontent.com have any obligation whatsoever to pay a fee to any subscriber or user in connection with the Submission Materials upon the occurrence of a transfer of all or any portion of Aloneandcontent.com's business through a merger, sale, transfer or license of all or substantially all of the assets of Aloneandcontent.com, nor shall the sale or barter of advertising or sponsorship on any of the site or any other product sales give rise to any obligation to pay a fee to Subscribers. None of the Submission Materials disclosed or posted via message boards, chats or other public forums shall be subject to any obligation, whether of confidentiality, attribution, or otherwise, on Aloneandcontent.com's part and we shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any such Submission Materials.

ACCOUNTS, PASSWORDS and SECURITY: If any of the Site require you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing Aloneandcontent.com with current, complete and accurate information, as prompted by the applicable registration form. You acknowledge that by providing any information to Aloneandcontent.com that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Aloneandcontent.com reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your continued access and use of the site. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and password. IMPORTANT: You are completely responsible for your conduct and activities on the site, whether conducted through your account by you or anyone else. You agree to notify Aloneandcontent.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Aloneandcontent.com will not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind that may arise as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you may be held liable for any losses incurred by Aloneandcontent.com or another party due to someone else using your account or password.

PROMOTIONS: Aloneandcontent.com may occasionally sponsor contests and other Aloneandcontent.com or third party promotions on its site. The rules, regulations and procedures governing any of the promotions will be clearly posted or linked on the pages on which the contest or promotion is being offered.  By entering or participating in any of them, you agree to be subject to those rules, regulations and procedures. In the event of termination, however, those portions of this Agreement that provide for continuing obligations on your part shall survive indefinitely.

ASSIGNMENT: You may not assign or transfer your rights or the membership granted to you under this Agreement without Aloneandcontent.com's express, prior written consent.

MISCELLANEOUS This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and Aloneandcontent.com and governs your use of the site. This Agreement and the relationship between you and Aloneandcontent.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State. You and Aloneandcontent.com irrevocably agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within Monroe County, New York and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. The failure of Aloneandcontent.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. No waiver by Aloneandcontent.com of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
